Overview:

The Lead Cybersecurity Manager Training programme aims to equip participants with skills and competencies required by organisations for effective cybersecurity implementation and operations, aligning with ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework standards. This master training enhances understanding of resilient concepts, approaches, methods, and techniques for setting up, implementing, and managing a cybersecurity programme effectively within an organisation, which is crucial in identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities within IT environments. The training will help participants to support their organisations in operating, maintaining, and continually improving their cybersecurity program. 

 

Couse Objectives: 

  • To explain the fundamental concepts, strategies, methodologies, and techniques employed to implement and manage a cybersecurity programme. 
  • To grasp the relationship between ISO/IEC 27032, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and other relevant standards and frameworks 
  • To acquire the knowledge and skills needed to effectively establish and manage a comprehensive cybersecurity program based on international standards and industry best practices.  
  • To comprehend the operation of a cybersecurity programme and its components. 

To support an organisation in operating, maintaining, and continually improving their cybersecurity programme.
